Who am I?
Hi, my name is Panos.
And this is my least favorite question. Ever.
What do you want me to say?
I am a scout and manager who can help you get a trial, get more trials and completely change your life!!
Or...
I am a young, ambitious guy with a passion for helping footballers :))
Gross. Boring. Lacks spirit.
The typical football trials industry actually makes me want to punch myself in the face.
They sound like literally everybody else in the football industry.
So I guess the best way I can describe myself (or what I try to be) is...
The opposite of what you think of when you picture an online scout/agent professional.
Huh? No for real, who the f*** are you?
My name is Panos.
And yes, I am a scout and a manager.
But I am also...
- A football educator obsessed with getting players real pro trials
- A systems nerd who writes long DMs and blunt, honest captions
- The leader of a relentless team that helps players move from “dreaming” to signing
- A writer (admittedly not Shakespeare, but I get my point across)
- Madly in love with something without a heart (football, late-night strategy sessions)
- A lot more than what you think when it comes to performance and the path to going pro
The bottom line... Labels suck
And when I picture the football “pro dream” industry right now, here’s what pops in my head:
- Fake gurus promising “guaranteed trials” while they’ve never spoken to a club in their life
- Players flexing TikTok skills and edits that mean absolutely nothing to actual scouts
*Which btw is the same as girls putting their ass as close to the camera as humanly possible to show you their "workout of the day" in the fitness industry
- Myths going viral for click-bait purposes leaving us more and more confused on what to believe
My goal?
I want to change the entire "pro football" industry...
And after that defy gravity, and master breathing under water...
Okay. Maybe that's a little larger what one person can do.
But I at least want to make an impact.
I don't want to give you another "get trials secret email" that I copy and pasted from another client...
I want to teach you how the scouting world actually works and what clubs really look for.
I don’t want to give generic BS advice from chatgpt
I want to take through a real process, made just for you, so you can see every step and actualy feel that someone gives a damn about you
I don’t want to send you lazy weekly check-ins asking the same pointless questions.
I want real conversations and live support that help you understand the process so you can do it yourself one day.
I want to teach you how trials, scouting and your progress actually work.
"Okay so what do you know?"
Well for starters...
I am not (and won't be) your life coach.
I'm not trying to give you the power to make the right job choices or fix your relationship problems. (Let's swap childhood trauma stories and attachment styles though??)
But I can get you real trials at clubs that match your level. I can get scouts to notice you. I can help you stop being another “talented player” stuck and lost year after year.
For almost 5 years, I’ve spent around 3000 hours into understanding how the professional football system works, from scouting pathways and trial acquisition to player positioning, exposure strategy and communication with clubs (the boring stuff as well).
I have worked (and still doing it) directly with 10+ academies and aspiring professionals to educate them on the real process of exposure, scouting and securing trials.
I have helped over 1,000 players from 26+ different countires get pro trials and stop being invisible
And yes... I am a member of professional football scouting and trial institutions
(although I credit less than 5% of my success to certified organizations, but more about that later)
(Member of Wyscout Network, Soccerway Club Database, Transfermarkt Player Platform and international trial coordination networks working directly with semi-pro and lower-division European/USA clubs)
